On November 28, December 3, and December 12, our lawyer Ignacio Montoro Iturbe-Ormaeche was invited as a speaker at Complutense University of Madrid to conduct three sessions in the Master's in Access to Law Practice and the Bachelor's in Law programs, addressing the most relevant issues regarding corporate criminal liability and the development of a compliance program.

The sessions covered topics such as the background leading to Law 5/2010, which introduced corporate criminal liability, systems of attributing responsibility, and procedural matters like the corporate plea agreement system.

Additionally, resolutions affecting well-known entities were analyzed, including cases involving F.C. Barcelona and the consulting firm Deloitte.

Ignacio Montoro also explained to the students the key aspects of developing a compliance program, emphasizing the professional opportunities in this field.
