Adriana López leads the labor law department at Summons Abogados as a lawyer specialized in Labor and Social Security Law, with a solid track record in providing legal advice to companies and legal representation before the labor courts.
She provides ongoing support to companies in matters such as corporate restructurings, due diligence, collective bargaining, as well as dealings with Social Security and the Labor Inspectorate.
She also has specialized training as an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician, which enables her to integrate preventive criteria into the design of legal-labor strategies, particularly in the development of Equality Plans and Harassment Protocols.
Previously, Adriana worked as a labor lawyer at the firm Roca Domenech.
She is currently a member of the National Association of Labor Lawyers (ASNALA).
