We are pleased to present the report developed by Summons Lawyers in collaboration with Ospree, addressing the emerging challenges and opportunities arising from the new European MiCA (Markets in Crypto Asset) regulation and the Travel Rule. This document is essential for cryptocurrency service providers, both in Spain and Latin America. The report emphasizes the need to thoroughly understand the practical aspects of these regulations, focusing on their influence from technological and regulatory perspectives. With this analysis, we aim to guide the actors in the crypto ecosystem, known as CASP/VASP, to effectively adapt to this changing regulatory environment, thus ensuring compliance and taking advantage of the opportunities these regulations present.
