Summons Abogados was recently invited to deliver a practical lecture in the subject of Legal and Forensic Medicine as part of the Medicine degree at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.

The lecture was conducted by Ignacio Montoro Iturbe-Ormaeche together with the subject's professor, Dr. Juan Carlos Prados Frutos, an authority and specialist in the field of medical expertise.

The four-hour class focused on the role of the medical expert in judicial proceedings, evaluating the functions of the expert in various jurisdictions. Several videos of trials involving Dr. Prados and Ignacio Montoro were used during the session.
