- Compliance with legal obligations arising from the aforementioned contractual relationship. Legal basis for legitimation: Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Managing the commercial relationship established with Summons, including sending commercial information by any means, including electronic, about services similar to those originally contracted. Legal basis for legitimation: Consent and Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f. GDPR).
- Sending requested information, managing, and providing the services you have decided to subscribe to or register for. Legal basis for legitimation: Consent of the interested party (Art. 6.1.a. GDPR).
- Processing and evaluating the application or curriculum that you voluntarily submit, in the context of the various selection processes that Summons may organize. Legal basis for legitimation: Consent of the interested party (Art. 6.1.a. GDPR).
III. Source of the data: the interested party or their legal representative.
- Mandatory or voluntary nature of the requested data: The data that, where applicable, appear marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Refusal to provide such information will prevent communication with the interested party and, where applicable, the inability to provide the requested information and/or service. The interested party will, in any case, be responsible for the truthfulness of the data provided.
- Retention: The collected data will be retained for the necessary time to achieve the purposes that motivated their collection, during the contractual relationship, or as long as it is necessary to respond to the request for information or contact. Once the contractual relationship has ended, the data will be retained during the limitation period for actions that may arise.
The personal data obtained through your job application and curriculum will be retained for a maximum period of one year.
If you have given your consent to receive information, news, or commercial communications, the data will be retained indefinitely as long as the interested party does not withdraw their consent or unsubscribe.
IV. Data communication: Under no circumstances will your data be transferred or communicated to third parties, except under legal obligation; nor will international transfers be made without the unequivocal consent of the interested party, after informing them of the possible recipients, purpose, and, where applicable, destination country and security guarantees.
V. Duty of secrecy: Summons, as the data controller, strictly complies with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality of personal data, having implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to avoid their alteration, loss, processing, and/or unauthorized access by third parties, considering the state of the technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which they are exposed, in accordance with the GDPR.
VI. Rights of the interested party:

- File a complaint with the Supervisory Authority: if the User considers that their data is being misused and is not addressed by Summons, they can file a complaint with the corresponding data protection authority, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency being the relevant authority in our country.
- If you receive news, information, or commercial communications by electronic means, in accordance with the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), you can withdraw your consent, unsubscribe, or modify your data and preferences using the same channel via email info@summons.es or using the link at the bottom of each communication you receive.
VII. Modification of the Privacy Policy: Summons may modify its Privacy Policy in accordance with the applicable legislation at any time and treatments carried out, of which you will be informed.
